Mike provides consultative, analytical, and educational portfolio construction guidance to financial professionals. Prior to his current role, he served as a product manager for the company’s alternative and asset allocation products in the retail and institutional markets. Before joining John Hancock Investment Management, Mike co-founded a start-up firm that delivered customized asset allocation solutions online to registered investment advisors. He also spent 14 years at Fidelity Investments in a number of roles, including portfolio specialist and institutional investment consultant. Mike earned a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Miami University, holds the Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designations, and is a member of CFA Society Boston, the CFA Institute, and the CAIA Association.
