Kristie is president and chief executive officer of Manulife John Hancock Investments, where she leads the firm's retail wealth and asset management business. In this role, she is responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision for the organization, overseeing investments, distribution, product development, marketing, operations, and technology to drive growth and deliver innovative solutions for financial advisors and investors.
Kristie joined Manulife in 2021 as global chief financial officer and head of strategy for Manulife Investment Management. In that capacity, she led the organization's global finance function and strategic planning efforts, with responsibility for capital allocation, financial performance, risk oversight, and enterprise transformation initiatives. She also played a pivotal role in advancing the firm's growth agenda through mergers and acquisitions, innovation, and operational modernization.
Prior to joining the firm, Kristie was chief financial officer for the Americas and global head of treasury at Invesco. Prior to that, she held several senior leadership roles at OppenheimerFunds, including corporate treasurer and business controller, where she helped drive financial discipline, strategic execution, and organizational growth.
A passionate advocate for leadership development and financial education, Kristie serves on the Boards of Directors of City Year and Rock The Street, Wall Street, and is a member of the Board of Governors of the Investment Company Institute (ICI).
Kristie holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®), Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), and Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designations.

Jeffrey O. Duckworth, CRPC

Jeff oversees the distribution of Manulife John Hancock Investments mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, separately managed accounts, Freedom 529 education savings plan, and private investments, covering wirehouse firms, independent broker-dealers, registered investment advisers, and bank trusts. He’s also responsible for capital markets research, investment consulting services, strategic relationships, defined contribution investment only, and sales operations. As a member of the firm’s executive management team, Jeff helps shape and execute the firm’s vision and strategic planning in the United States. Since joining John Hancock, Jeff has served as a wholesaler, divisional sales manager, national sales manager, and head of distribution. Previously, he was national sales manager for Market Investment Distributors, a subsidiary of J.C. Bradford & Co. Jeff holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor designation.

Katie M. Firth

Katie oversees day-to-day business operations while facilitating cross-functional alignment across the organization, north America retail. She’s also responsible for driving critical strategic initiatives, large-scale transformation projects, and change management efforts. In her prior role as global head of retail business intelligence and customer relationship management, Katie led the overhaul of Manulife John Hancock Investments sales tracking, data storage, and analytics capabilities. She also contributed to the design and execution of various strategic initiatives, including territory coverage optimization, client segmentation, and new product launches. Prior to joining the firm, Katie worked for State Street Global Advisors, where she held a series of high-level management roles with increasing responsibility on the global strategy and institutional distribution teams.
