Kristie is responsible for the wealth and asset management business of Manulife Investment Management, including John Hancock Investment Management, the U.S. retail brand in the U.S. and Europe. At John Hancock Investment Management, she leads all aspects of the business, from investments, sales, marketing, finance, and product development to operations and technology. Previously, she was Manulife Investment Management’s chief financial officer and global head of strategy, responsible for financial accounting, management reporting, planning and analysis, forecasting and internal controls. As head of global strategy for the firm’s wealth and asset management business, she was also accountable for financial due diligence and structuring on acquisitions and transactions for the global business. Prior to joining the firm, Kristie was chief financial officer for the Americas and global head of treasury for Invesco. Prior to that, she held progressively senior finance roles at OppenheimerFunds, including business controller and corporate treasurer. Kristie holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the CFA Institute.

Jeff oversees the distribution of John Hancock Investment Management’s mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, separately managed accounts, Freedom 529 education savings plan, and private investments, covering wirehouse firms, independent broker-dealers, registered investment advisers, and bank trusts. He’s also responsible for capital markets research, investment consulting services, strategic relationships, defined contribution investment only, and sales operations. As a member of the firm’s executive management team, Jeff helps shape and execute the firm’s vision and strategic planning in the United States. Since joining John Hancock, Jeff has served as a wholesaler, divisional sales manager, national sales manager, and head of distribution. Previously, he was national sales manager for Market Investment Distributors, a subsidiary of J.C. Bradford & Co. Jeff holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor designation.

Katie oversees day-to-day business operations while facilitating cross-functional alignment across the organization. She’s also responsible for driving critical strategic initiatives, large-scale transformation projects, and change management efforts. In her prior role as global head of retail business intelligence and customer relationship management, Katie led the overhaul of John Hancock Investment Management’s sales tracking, data storage, and analytics capabilities. She also contributed to the design and execution of various strategic initiatives, including territory coverage optimization, client segmentation, and new product launches. Prior to joining the firm, Katie worked for State Street Global Advisors, where she held a series of high-level management roles with increasing responsibility on the global strategy and institutional distribution teams.

Doug is responsible for the strategy and execution of the firm’s integrated plan to significantly grow its retail wealth management capabilities. He leads direct-to-consumer U.S. retail product offerings while seeking to build a holistic wealth platform partnering with Manulife’s Canada Wealth business on cross-border initiatives and with the U.S. retirement business to drive member retention.
Prior to joining the firm, Doug led the wealth management business at American Century Investments. Previously, he spent 10 years in senior leadership positions with T. Rowe Price, including serving as head of the individual investors client engagement and advisory services division. Prior to T. Rowe Price, Doug spent 15 years with Merrill Lynch, where he held various leadership positions spanning the institutional and retail sides of the business. He is a veteran of the United States Army, where he served with the XVIII Airborne Corps and participated in Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm.
