Frank was a portfolio manager and the chief technical analyst at Wellington Management. Prior to joining the firm in 1997, he was a market analyst at Merrill Lynch and a compliance examiner for the New York Stock Exchange, where he began his career in 1989. Frank earned a B.S. from St. John’s University and an M.B.A. from Hofstra University. He holds the Chartered Market Technician and Chartered Financial Analyst designations, and obtained membership in the CFA Institute, Chartered Market Technician Association, and CFA Society Boston.
