Please submit the Simple Pay access form to start using John Hancock Simple Pay.
Register and log in
Follow these steps to complete your registration process and log in for the first time.
1. Use the link in your Welcome email to access the Account Login page.
2. Type in your Operator ID and Password provided in the Welcome email.
3. Click Send Code and enter the code you received in your email.
4. Reset your password and click Confirm.
