This session will enable participants to learn the essential and advanced tactics of the Zoom platform. We will begin by talking about how to configure your pre-meeting settings. This will ensure that you have everything set up properly on the front end so that you can run smooth meetings with your clients. Next, we will cover how to get your clients to engage with using Zoom. And finally, we will discuss how to master your in-meeting setup, including how to master audio, video, screensharing, annotating, and more. Participants will receive a Zoom checklist to reinforce the concepts covered in this session.
