John Hancock mutual fund holders can access detailed, fund-specific dividend and distribution reports. In addition, you can easily import your John Hancock mutual fund tax information directly into H&R Block Tax Software® and TurboTax.
      
Investor-Specific Tax Information
For tax information specific to your John Hancock mutual funds (held directly with John Hancock Investments) simply click the link above to log in to view your mutual fund account information. Click on "Tax Information" from within the account summary screen to download your tax forms. If your mutual funds are held at a brokerage firm, you will need to contact that firm to obtain your mutual fund tax forms and information.
Tax forms and information for closed-end funds held at Computershare are available at the Shareowner Services website, computershare-na.com/accountaccess/, or by calling Computershare Shareowner Services at 800-852-0218 or 800-952-9245 for the hearing impaired (TTY).
